The PENTHOUSE began as an inspirational address where creatives and entertainment executives intersect. With three recording studios in the sky and a 2500 sq. foot rooftop lounge that hosts private artist showcases, table reads, book signings, charity poker games and just about everything else under the sun. In 2020, The PENTHOUSE launched its record label with ventures at Sony Music and Sumerian / Virgin Records, a management division and publishing company with Warner Chappell .
